Generally, you will see MY FACE (picture) pulling up in my work van (picture). Only on RARE occasions will I send someone other than myself, and I will let you know ahead of time. I want to make sure that you will KNOW who is coming to work on your lock or key needs. Remember! Locks and keys have to do with the security of you and your property.
